I hate the talking animations because instead of just moving the character I have to show th talking sprite at talking position then hide it after that and put the idle sprite in idle position and repeat this for every bit of dialogue and now having more than one person talk at once is a pain also I might be a bit less productive today or the next few days but shouldn't be anything crazy
